Gordon Ramsay unveils weight loss diet after shedding 4st – Daily Star

BRITISH chef Gordon Ramsay managed to shift from 19st 4lbs to a much trimmer 15st 10lbs.
The 52-year-old, owns a number of Michelin-stared restaurants, easily piled on the pounds due to a career built around food.
But since fans have spotted his dramatic weight loss , the dad-of-five has spoken out about his journey.
So how did Gordon lose weight?

Speaking to the Today Show, Gordon said: “I’ve very good at eating five times a day.
“But small amounts as opposed to big breakfast, big lunch and big dinner.
“There’s nothing worse than eating at 5.30 and then having to get up and cook for three hours.
“I like to keep on my toes and eat small bits. Almost like in Hong Kong – four or five times a day, small bowls of food.”

As a result, the British chef managed to shed 5st for his frame and shares his progress on social media.
Previously, Gordon revealed he was insured by his wife Tana to lose weight.
He told Daily Mail last year: “Tana was not impressed with the way I was. I was overweight, 18st. I looked like a sack of s**t.
“I look at pictures and think, ‘How did Tana stay around? Because Tana has got better-looking and more gorgeous. And there she is, getting in bed with a fat f***.”

Gordon also admitted he cut out dairy from his diet, so instead of milk, the chef opted for a nut-based alternative, like almond.
And to stop him from overeating, he also drank plenty of water before he ate to make him feel full.
Earlier this year, Gordon welcomed his fifth child with Tana with a touching snap.
Back in April, he wrote: “After three Baftas and one Emmy… finally we have won an Oscar.
“Please welcome Oscar James Ramsay, who touched down at 12:58 today for some lunch!”
