With more than 405,000 followers, 90 Day Fiancé star Nicole Nafziger is one of the most popular 90 Day Fiancé alum on Instagram. She’s in the perfect spot to be an influencer, but not everyone is pleased with the products she’s promoting. The TLC personality was slammed on Monday after she posted an ad for Boom Bod, a weight loss product.

“A few days into my @boombod 7-day challenge and I have to say I’m SUPER impressed! Normally I’m so busy I find being consistent with programs a bit tricky, but these shots are super easy and tasty, and they’re paying off!” she wrote in the caption. “My cravings have been going away and I haven’t felt as bloated all week, so I’ll definitely stick with this if you’re curious, it’s the perfect time to give them a go.. they have BOGO free!”

She adds in the video: “It really helps with cravings. I know some of us have a problem with snacking… it helps pass the time. This helps you feel like you don’t have to do that so much. The flavor of it is great. I can’t wait to try the other flavors too!”

Most people were unimpressed. “These weight loss ads are sad, Nicole,” one of the top comments read. “It doesn’t work. It’s a scam. I would never advertise this stuff,” another added.

A third chimed in: “A healthy diet and exercise works wonders. Not all these quick fix weight loss products.”

The product isn’t a detox tea like some celebs have been called out for hocking. Good Place star Jameela Jamil has become known to slam celebs like Khloé Kardashian, Cardi B, Amber Rose and Iggy Azalea—to name a few—for promoting what she calls “laxative nonsense.”

“Give us the discount codes to your nutritionists, personal chefs, personal trainers, airbrushers and plastic surgeons you bloody liars,” the actress wrote to the stars in November.

It isn’t Jamil’s intention to spark controversy. She wants to bring attention to unhealthy dieting, to potentially quash the fads that don’t work. Jamil doesn’t pretend to be “perfect” herself and instead is calling people out as a learning opportunity.

“I definitely don’t want any woman canceled! I’m hardly perfect!” she said in November. “We can all just wake up one day and decide to be more responsible and do better for women! I used to be really ignorant and misguided in my feminism, pretty slut shamey and backward… we can ALL Change do more.”
